OPM3 Professional Certification recognizes your experience with, and practical knowledge of, organization project management and project management maturity. For project and program practitioners in organizational project management, PMI’s OPM3 Professional Certification demonstrates your understanding and experience in using OPM3 methodology and tools to help organizations improve their project management capabilities.

To become OPM3 certified, you must have a minimum level of project management education and experience, consulting experience and OPM3 experience. You must also complete two OPM3 certification courses.
